The following Policies and Guidelines are listed to inform and assure all customers of Laser Tech Solutions' procedures, product quality and service.
Pricing Policy:
·Our objective is to obtain new business and keep happy satisfied customers through great product pricing.
·Prices are set to be as low as possible; our goal is to be competitive in the marketplace without compromising quality and service.
·Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice.
·Customers may see an up-to-date price on selected products on our website, LaserTechSolutions.com and/or may call our toll-free number at 800-732-4553, 8AM to 5PM central time, Monday through Friday for quotes.
Payment Terms:
·Payment for products and services are due the day customer receives invoice unless arrangements have been previously made with Laser Tech Solutions.
·Payment by credit card - $1000.00 limit.
·For businesses only, a 30-day net account can be activated with an application process through our Customer Service Department, subject to approval.
·Copiers may be leased on a monthly payment plan, upon approval, through Canon Financial Services with Laser Tech Solutions as the initiator.
·Laser Tech Solutions reserves the right to extend or withhold lines of open account credit to any person or company determined by their experience, credit history, record of trade payments, financial condition and amount of credit needed.
·Laser Tech Solutions reserves the right to refuse to sell and/or provide service to any persons or companies.
Past Due Accounts:
·Open account privileges may be suspended if invoices for any month are not paid when due and subsequent orders may be held until the account balance is reduced to a current status. Unusual cases of adjustment or dispute will be given individual consideration through our Customer Service Department.
·Collection costs and legal fees will be added to collection claims.
·A service charge of $30.00 will be assessed on any return check.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders are processed the same day that they are received; if canceled by the customer, he/she will be responsible for all freight charges and a 30% restocking fee. Cancellations, while on rare occasion are reviewed case by case by our Customer Service Department.
Product Returns:
Toner and/or ink products can only be returned within 6 months from the date of sale.

Defective Cartridge Returns:
Cartridges with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – No Questions Asked policy is what customers rely on when placing an order. If a return is due to defective performance, please follow the guidelines below:
·Notify us by phone, email or fax of your defective cartridge.
·Your desire of replacement, refund or credit.
·After receiving a defective return approval - Send Defective Cartridges to:

·Enclose defective print sample with returned cartridge.
·Defective Cartridges will be tested upon receipt at Laser Tech Solutions to confirm defect.
·PLEASE NOTE – to ensure proper credit to your account, all defective products must be returned in the original carton with all original pieces and packing materials.
Customer Ordering Error:
Occasionally mistakes are made by the customer when ordering products from Laser Tech Solutions. Please see the following guidelines to correct an order:

·Laser Tech Solutions gladly takes back orders in error by assessing a 30% restocking charge for special ordered products. Returns must be in the original packaging and factory sealed where applicable.
·There is no charge for Laser Tech Solutions Remanufactured Product returns. Returns must be in the original packaging and factory sealed where applicable.
·If product is not received in sellable condition, it will be returned at customer's expense.
·Customer will assume expense of return shipping and credit will be given for the product's original sales price after it has been inspected by Laser Tech Solutions.
·Laser Tech Solutions reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 10 days of original product order.
Laser Tech Solutions' Ordering Error:
Laser Tech Solutions will gladly take products back if shipped to you in error.
·Contact our Customer Service Department immediately upon product delivery error.
·Laser Tech Solutions reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 30 days of product delivery error.
·Laser Tech Solutions is responsible for return shipping charges.
Damage Goods:
·Internal Product Damage: Laser Tech Solutions is responsible for damaged products if the exterior package/carton is intact and only the interior product is damaged; please contact our Customer Service Department.
·Exterior Carton Damage by Carrier: Laser Tech Solutions is not responsible for damage if the exterior package/carton is damaged, causing damage to the contents, you must keep the original package/carton and then call Customer Service for a claim to be filed. If the original damaged package/carton is not available, there will be No Credit Issued. See Specific Carrier Policies below.
Specific Carrier Policies:
·Deliveries within a 50 miles radius of Laser Tech Solutions are usually sent by our own courier. We are responsible for any damage during delivery in our local delivery area by our courier.
